Royal On The Park

The staff are incredible, they go above and beyond in every way possible. They are always finding away to make life easier and your stay more enjoyable without being asked. Truely amazing service. The facilities are incredible. The room was very clean, not a spec of dust. The bed and pillows very comfortable with crisp clean sheets. Room service meals were delicious and an exceptional restaurant in the hotel. Lastly I loved the outdoor pool. Was incredible to swim amongst the skyscrapers. Thank you for such a wonderful stay - I will definitely return!

Room was amazing, bed was so comfortable. Pool and spa area is superb and we lived that you could get food and drinks ordered to the pool. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, not 1 staff member walked past us at any time without greeting us and they were happy to help when we asked for directions to a location.

We selected Royal on the Park as we were going to a concert at the River Stage. We opted for the "cheap" option but on arrival, we were so impressed. The place was really nicely (old school but still nice) decorated, clean, easy, friendly and above all, comfortable. It surpassed expectations and honestly, I'll struggle to go somewhere else next time. It was so good.

We arrived before check-in time and had our luggage stored. The lady at reception was so lovely and said that she will have our room ready asap and an hour later we got a call to say our room was ready. When we arrived she had already forgotten our faces and said “checking out”. Our suitcases were already waiting in our room which was sweet. We chose the garden view and were up on the 9th floor and the view was amazing. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Brisbane. It’s walking distance to everything you would need.

The location was amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was easy and well-priced; however, I personally still struggle to accept that one needs to pay for parking at a hotel that you have paid to stay at. Prices aren't cheap and, like in the past, I think parking should be included. The room was very comfortable and more than spacious enough, even with 3 adults sharing. It was clean for the most part, however my mum found a knife (normal eating knife) by her bed on the floor. So thank you, your hotel is more old-world charm that new and modern, but it is pretty clean, with great service and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!
